My Newest Tattoo

I bet you can imagine the questions that I get being a High School Pastor with tattoo's. Not that that isn't enough; I keep getting them. And, between you and me, I have no plans to stop getting them (I have to note that I have no plans to get sleeved or any on my neck). I just love the fact that someone has the ability to put my ideas on my body.

Most of my tat's have been well thought out and that is the case with this one also. I just kept thinking that I want something to remind me every morning of what my feet need to do and that is what this tat is all about.

Isaiah 52:7
How beautiful on the mountains
are the feet of those who bring good news,
who proclaim peace,
who bring good tidings,
who proclaim salvation,
who say to Zion,
“Your God reigns!”

ok so cool tat. but one question. How did you decide to write it so the person standing in front of you could read it as opposed to you looking down and reading it... especially if the main goal was a "reminder for you of what your feet should do"? I don't have an opinion one way or the other, I was just wondering how you came to conclude what you did.

Good question, it just seemed right to have it face out... Maybe not the best answer, but that's all I got
