Quote for Sunday June 28th

Here is a quote that I am using in my message tomorrow:
"If Christians around the world were to suddenly renounce their personal agendas, their life goals and their aspirations, and begin responding in radical obedience to everything God showed them, the world would be turned upside down. How do we know? Because that's what first century Christian's did, and the world is still talking about it." –Henry Blackaby

This quote uses the term "Christian" to lightly. A true Christian gladly renounces their personal agendas, their life goals, and their aspirations. A true Christian daily seeks to radically obey everything God shows him. Not of bondage or of works for Jesus has freed His children from both. But out of a longing to know Him and be like Him.

If you were run over by a Mack truck traveling at 65mph could you walk away unchanged?

How much more powerful is Christ?!?

It is impossible to be saved by the most high God and not by undeniably, irreversibly, eternally changed.

Please don't cheapen this wonderful truth. Make much of Christ!
